Leave Belfast at 0900 (or time of your choosing), and travel along with majestic Antrim Coast Road, a road which stretches 29 miles and took 10 years to build from 1832 – 1842. Along this road, Ireland is at it’s nearest point to Scotland with a twelve mile stretch of water separating both countries and on a good day, Scotland is easily visible.
We drive through the sleepy and untouched villages of Glenarm, Carnlough and Cushendall with the beautiful backdrop of the Glens of Antrim (9 in total).
